Meet Jackie

Hi, I’m Jackie — founder of Crush Fitness Studios.
For over 20 years, I’ve trained and coached women through every season of life — from post-baby strength rebuilding to the shifts of perimenopause. I created the Crush Method because I saw what was missing in the fitness world: sustainable results, real community, and deep respect for what a woman’s body can truly do.

Crush isn’t just a workout. It’s a movement — built on sweat, strength, and self-trust.

Our classes are designed to challenge you without burning you out. To energize you without overwhelming you. And to connect you with women who get it.
