It all begins with the will to want to make lifestyle changes to better your health. Write down your reason for making this change and write it down. Be clear, be confident, & trust your gut. If you have been ignoring it for some time, this is the year to listen. This 30 day challenge to eat more plants, avoid fast food, sugary drinks, & alcohol, drink more water, & attempt a plank daily working your way up to 2 min is a starting point. Ways to improve your health, support from a community of people striving to do more, and having patience with yourself starting a new practice.
The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and grow as you practice an abundant mindset. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

Document all the plants you eat daily
Use stickers, colored pens, & highlighters to make the process something to look forward to
Forgive yourself when you slip off your path
Get organized with your meals
Prep food and create a list of meals and snacks for the week
This is not a no meat, no alcohol, no sweet treat challenge, its a mindful challenge to get organized to make the changes necessary to start feeling healthier, stronger, more confident, and on the right path
