Class Descriptions

Strong Start

Hello early risers! Strength training and cardio intervals are the objective for this class. Strength sets using dumb bells and other functional training equipment. Work at your own pace with guidance from Jen on how to get the most out of each set.

Total Body Mashup

Total body workout that will fuse cardio, core, and strength! Each week it will be a little different using lots of different toys or some weeks working all together in the center! Its a mashup so come on in and get ready to sweat! Options given for all who attend! Listen to your body and do your best!

Signature Classes

Jam

Our signature cardio dance workout! No dance experience required! Just a desire to be active, sweat, smile, and have fun! The class is designed to get a workout so moves are easy to learn and meant to keep your heart rate up! New Jams are added in and old jams rotate in and out so you always feel like you are listening to one of your fave playlist!

 

Goddess

This class is for all levels looking to connect with their feminine energy through movement. Class is done barefoot with a yoga mat ( highly encouraged to bring your own but we do have some available ). Being barefoot allows us to root firmly to the ground to stay true to oneself. We will work through a series of dynamic stretches, mobility , and breathing to spark energy and flow creatively. Pay close attention to body cues during class and base your level of movement on how you feel in each moment. Equipment used during class is a chair to provide you with support  and an anchor to stretch and flow deeper, small bender ball, light weights , & a Thera band. We provide all of the equipment just bring your enlightened self. 😄

Be Active At Any Age

SHRED

A total body interval training with Lisa Comito. She brings years of experience , boundless energy, and knowledge of how to put together a safe and effective workout. Exercises and equipment will change weekly!

 

Crush Active 55+

CrushActive is designed to keep you fit as you age. The way you train changes at different ages. Goals and objectives change, and its nice to be with people who have similar interests. This class is taught by Lisa Comito who is not only an exceptional master trainer but also an occupational therapist. She specializes in keeping people strong as they get older. This class focuses on strength, balance, coordination, and core. Class is low impact, which means easy on the joints. Our mental and physical health are so important, movement is medicine. We need to move at every age, but finding the right class and coach can be challenging. Look no further, get active! 

Feel Good When You Move

Cardio/Muscle Fusion

Interval style class taught by Nicole. A high energy blend of exercises to train all your muscles while keeping your heart rate to train cardio vascularly. All levels welcome. Options will be given.

 

Reps & Row &

Saturday Sweat Sesh

Both of these classes are a circuit style workout! Your coach will let you know the objective of the class before you begin so you know how hard to work during each interval. All of these classes may involve using water rowing machines, rowing is part of the Crush culture! Work at your own pace and options will be given to modify or progress the exercise if necessary.

Build Confidence

Strength

Muscle building strength workout. We use barbells, dumbbells, steps for weight benches, and a mat. Each week we do a total body workout HIIT style! All HIIT means is you are going to work muscle groups for shorter bursts of time encouraging you add intensity and weight. You will be coached on the objective of each block of work and weight guidance. Did I mention we have epic rock playlists every week to keep you Crushing it?

Sculpt

Sculpt is for building lean muscle. Move with Danielle through muscle combos and keep your heart rate up! Class will use weights, bands, balls, discs and will vary week to week! You can guarantee you will burn calories, sculpt muscle, and feel amazing when you are done!

Endless Motivation & Positive Vibes

FIRE 🔥

Cardio sculpting workout inspired by boxing and MMA drills! Jackie will motivate you to build your body armor and increase your overall fitness level! Options for everyone no matter if its your first day or your seasoned Fire taker! Consistency is key when building new habits, just showing up is the most important part, we will take care of the rest! *We sometimes partner up for pad and glove work, feel free to bring your own boxing gloves but we have some at the studio

 

STEP & SCULPT

Full body cardio workout that will target your butt and thighs! This is not your mama’s step! Jackie will put together basic step movements combined with weighted intervals to maximize calorie burn and keep upper body feeling the burn as well! This is a fan fave at Crush and options are always given! Fun factor turned way up during this class!

Just Breathe

Stretch and Strengthen

Fluid yoga based movements leading into longer held stretches to lengthen muscles. Light weights, sliders and bands will be incorporated at times, adding strength and stability work.  Don’t forget about some good ab work too! 

All levels welcome and modifications will be given.  Bring water, towel and some great upbeat energy! See you on the mat!


 

Burlesque, Hip Hop, Crush Pom, and other pop-ups

We are so much more than just a fitness studio! Jackie & Amber both have dance backgrounds and love to create fun events. Amber is a former Patriots cheerleader and runs Crush Pom during football season and other pop-up dance events. Jackie is a trained dancer and also taught dance at Carolyn Dutra Dance Studio. Jackie teaches Burlesque , a fun and sexy way to boost your confidence and get a workout. Jackie also hosts pop-up hip-hop and other themed dance classes.
