Why should you do a plank?

  1. Planks will improve your posture.

  2. Planks can help relieve back pain

  3. You can do them anywhere

  4. Great core exercise

  5. Work multiple muscles in your body with many variations to challenge or modify to fit your fitness level

Challenge: Grab your phone and time how long you can hold a plank for within a 2min period. If you last 10 sec that is your starting point, you can only go up from here! If your starting point Is 2 min, you are going to add 10 sec to your time daily during the challenge
