Beyond Bootcamp: Why Crush Fitness Studios Focuses on Mind, Body, and Soul

Hi there, I am writing to you today because even though I love the holidays, New Year is my season! I love the energy in the air and most importantly I love the culture we have created at Crush. Basically, we were vibing with the trends before we knew they were trending! What do I mean about this? I will break it down for you. Whole Body Wellness. You may have heard this term and feel like you know what it means but could use a better explanation.

Whole Body Wellness is more than grinding and working hard on your physical body, it is incorporating balance into your fitness routine. Meditation, mobility, mindfulness, nutrition, and totol body strength are part of the spectrum. One size fits all fitness programs are being left in 2024, tuning into your energy and listening to your unique self-care needs is the way of the future. On a personal note, incorporating mindfulness and meditation has changed my life. As a coach, I always share with my clients what works for me because I want everyone to feel successful. Our goal at Crush is to help you not only look strong but feel strong- inside and out.
